Collecting rent is easy—when you have the right systems and safeguards in place. At Blue Sail Property Management, we make the process seamless for both tenants and owners, ensuring consistent income and minimal hassle.

All tenants are provided with access to a secure online portal where they can pay rent 24/7. We strongly encourage digital payments to speed up processing and reduce delays.

Here’s how we handle rent collection:

  • Rent is due on the 1st of each month
  • A grace period is provided through the 5th
  • Late notices are sent automatically on the 6th
  • Late fees are assessed according to the lease agreement
  • Non-payment is escalated promptly to avoid extended loss of income

Tenants receive reminders, and we act quickly if payments are missed. For you as the owner, this means less chasing and more predictable income.

Disbursements are made to owners on or around the 10th of each month, after rent clears and any applicable expenses are deducted. Funds are transferred via ACH directly to your bank account for quick and easy access.
