Liz Cleyman
Broker/Owner | MPM®, RMP®
Liz Cleyman is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both Colorado and Florida, with a career spanning over 15 years in residential property management and investor partnerships. She has worked with hundreds of owners—from individual landlords to large-scale investors—and brings a wealth of experience to every client relationship.
Liz is a nationally recognized leader in the property management industry. She holds both the Master Property Manager (MPM®) and Residential Management Professional (RMP®) designations and served as the 2022 National President of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). In addition to managing Blue Sail, Liz travels the country as a national instructor, helping shape the future of the industry through training and education.
Her leadership is built on a foundation of service, accountability, and a genuine passion for helping people achieve financial freedom through real estate.
